LSU linebacker and Butkus Award finalist Devin White brought his horse Daisy Mae to campus on Thursday to give a presentation to a class on the proper way to saddle a horse.

Afterward, he took her for a stroll around campus and inside Tiger Stadium for some pictures and videos.

I know a man in Erath that owns a nice horse ranch that would love to hook White up with a nice horse.

Didn't Beckwith have horses too? I don't know what it is about our best linebackers and their connection with equine souls... but it's pretty awesome nonetheless.

My daughters have ridden at the stables where Devin keeps his horse (locally). He is a true gentleman and we were most fortunate to see this fine Tiger representing our state. Class of his own.

White is a seriously great Tiger. Remember he was a RB in high school, and there wasn’t room for him at RB here. However, he wanted to be at LSU and trusted the coaches to develop him. He is truly a great tiger. Best of luck, but I won’t be mad if he comes back!

I think this is a signal that he gone. Been a pleasure to watch him and would love a senior year from him but let’s sit back and appreciate how good he has been for 3 years. Geaux Tigers.

I’d say taking a photo shoot in tiger stadium along with a victory lap around campus is possibly a signal. He didn’t do this when he was an underclassman so it could be his way of saying bye.
