Sat next to him on a SW flight coming home from 2019 natty game (in January 2020). We talked briefly and he was friendly. Glowing reviews of burrow but ready to get back to AZ to golf. I wasn’t trying to creep but noticed his texts blew up the entire time. I’m sure it’s exhausting being a tv and radio personality with his deep connections.

My former boss [about 15 + years ago] had a son who played on the same baseball team as Rick's Son. He had high praise for the entire family. Said they were a class act. He's had a goofy side, but always knew the game . . .

What makes Neuheisel an expert? He took Colorado as a top five team and turned them into losers. He then became one of the highest paid coaches in the country at Washington and did nothing except have all kinds of legal issues. His next college job was at UCLA, where he was fired after four years of losing. Yet he continues to be considered as some kind of college football expert.

Apparently he knows how to present himself as a great candidate for a job.

Why Rick didn't talk about how well the LSU defense contained Clemson? Was he worried about being called an anti-Clemsonite?

He did not mention one word in that clip above about how easy it was for LSU to contain Clemson. Not one word. I hear your sandwiches are real dry. Does that make me an anti-Chefite?
