LSU head coach Brian Kelly spoke with reporters after the first day of fall practice on Thursday and said that defensive back Javien Toviano has been reinstated to the team.

Toviano was suspended from all team activities on July 21 after he turned himself in to the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office on Sunday for being accused of video voyeurism.

Kelly said they will get him back in the mix as he works through his legal matters.
