Three-star cornerback Jaelyn Davis-Robinson and five-star linebacker Harold Perkins signed with LSU's on Wednesday, joining 13 other high school recruits that inked with the Tigers in December.

The 15 high school signees along with the 12 transfer portal additions gives LSU's 27 signees for the class of 2022.

The maximum number of players LSU can sign this recruiting cycle is 32 which means the Tigers will have five spots available for more transfers this offseason.

Amazing job by LSU Athletics to immediately put the football program back on track. We now have a lot of young talented players to build around. They salvaged some disenfranchised key veteran players. BK will field a competitive team because that is what he does so I feel great. It’s nice to have a functioning department as a whole.

Big Irish fan here. And one of the few that is still a Brian Kelly fan. I have followed him since I was a student at Grand Valley and he was a coach there. You guys got a good one. He knows how to win. He knows how to build a program. He just wins. ND would have never lost their bowl game if he was there. I put BK right up there with Saban. Now that he is away from the ND restrictions, watch what he can do. I think he just wanted to prove it to everyone else that he is elite and wanted to show what he can do on a level playing field. I am now a Tigers fan too. Never thought I would say those words, lol.

An excellent year 1 for CBK seeing at how O left the program very much on the decline and CBK hadnt had his whole staff in place for much of the recruiting phase. This is the floor, IMO.

Good year 1. Hell good 2 months. We were a complete wreck of a program, he kept our class together, added a good pop in Perkins and killed the portal. He also hired a solid, well rounded staff. We’ll be fine peeps.

We finished with a top 6 class. Absolutely incredible considering just a few weeks ago this staff was not even fully assembled. All the other schools who purged staff struggled to put together great classes. I can't stress enough how much BK and staff are killing it already at LSU. We might surprise next year and if we do, watch out.
