LSU LB Target Shanon Reid Will Announce Decision Today
by TD Staff ReporterDecember 7, 2016
Update:
Shanon Reid has committed to Tennessee.
Original:
Shanon Reid, a three-star linebacker from Fort Myers, FL will be announcing his decision today.
He will likely be deciding between Tennessee, LSU, and Michigan.
The 6-2, 205-pounder from Dunbar High School is the No. 16-ranked outside linebacker in the class of 2017, according to 247Sports.
The Tigers extended a late offer to Reid last Sunday and he received a visit from LSU defensive back coach Corey Raymond just two days later.
Securing linebackers for the class of 2017 is a top priority for LSU as the Tigers will lose senior Kendell Beckwith and Duke Riley to graduation.
LSU also missed out on two top linebackers from Baton Rouge in Dylan Moses and Chris Allen who are both headed to Alabama next year. The Tigers have continued to recruit Moses hard even with his verbal pledge to the Crimson Tide.

Lmao! I was thinking the same thing. Also, who proclaimed this guy the best LB in the country? A little full of himself eh? But, I was young and bold once to. If he can back it up on the field, come on down. I guess everyone talks smack these days!
