Elite five-star offensive lineman Solomon Thomas flipped his commitment from Florida State to LSU on Wednesday and signed with the Tigers.

Thomas, a 6-4, 315-pound lineman from Jacksonville, Fla. (Raines), had been committed to the Seminoles since December of 2023 but is now locked in with the Tigers and OL coach Brad Davis.

Thomas is rated the No. 2 interior offensive lineman in the country for the class of 2025.

He’s missing out on a badass OL. This class of OL is looking potentially better than Campbell and Jones!

is this where we say that he only flipped b/c of NIL, he doesn't believe in commitment, etc?

Yes, if you think we paid him more than FSU. But maybe the upheaval in the coaching situation and a 2 win season had something to do with it. But who knows.
