Assuredly...Texas showed him a glimpse of his competition at LSU. With the talent coming in, 'O' can't guarantee any position. If he wants playing time with his size/strength, probably made a very good decision and wish him the best.

It absolutely sucks to see him decommit since I think he is a beast, but we have amazing depth at safety, so because of that, it isn't the end of the world.

His LSU lean is and always will be appreciated. The talent displayed by the young LSU safeties (Delpit, Stevens, Harris, Lewis and Monroe) that he'd compete with probably had something to do with his decision.
