Report: Alex Fudge Is Entering The Transfer Portal

LSU forward Alex Fudge is the latest Tiger to enter his name into the NCAA transfer portal, according to multiple reports.

The sophomore from Jacksonville, Fla. played in 29 games this season and averaged 3.3 points and 3.2 rebounds a game.

Fudge is now the 10th player to depart the program since Will Wade was fired in early March.

No loyalty to LSU at all. I guess loyalty was to Wade and whatever money they were receiving. Very disappointing... I get it, but still disappointing. We desperately need a culture where players want to be here because we are LSU. That is why blue bloods are blue bloods... well that and the fact they get away with buying players.

Curious, do you want players that are following the new coach here? They obviously did not care about Murray State and will not care about LSU. They only care about the coach. For full disclosure, I don't care. I get they are not from here, and I understand they will only care about us while they are here or the coach is here. I just want them to play hard and win!

i want the players who committed to LSU to play at LSU - i get Wade left but why leave the school? Play for the school and each other. These guys could have been even better next year although they do need some better shooting - Full Disclosure Wade was a good recruiter but his offence was trash none of the players good shoot that well only reason the previous years they looked good was because they had good g play and they could score. it was all D# and athletes this year

NIL money is important, no doubt, but the coach is also really important, especially as it pertains to the coach's win-loss record and the coach's ability to coach up a player's skills to get a shot at the NBA. College importance, like an LSU, is behind NIL and Coaching. Past LSU players left when Wade left. Past Murray players left to go to LSU when McMahon became LSU's head coach. It is what it is, all around the world in all careers.
