Former LSU star Paul Skenes and Tampa Bay Rays pitcher Griffin Jax paid for the Air Force Baseball team to attend Monday's World Baseball Classic matchup between Team USA and Mexico.

Skenes started for Team USA and had a stellar outing with 4 IP, 7 K's, 1 hit, and 0 runs. Team USA went on to win 5-3, staying undefeated in the WBC.

So glad he is part of this USA Team. He is going to be one of the most sought out Free Agents ($$$) ever when he hits the market. Not going to lie, the above picture of him walking across the field makes it look like he is in a Braves uniform which would upset me!
