Hmmm..Needing Riley to start ..Kinda disappointing.

A little disappointed that Hurd isnt guaranteed saturday and Little on Sunday. Was hoping all 3 transfers would be dominant game changers. Pitching seems solid but feeling slightly less confident that they will be dominant.

No one is guaranteed anything. It should probably make you more confident that we have other good pitchers.

Being a dominant game changer doesn’t mean being a starter.

Our starting pitchers this weekend go: 6'7" 250, 6'3" 270, 6'8" 245. Thats a lot of meat on the mound.

Shores is a big, 6-8 hard throwing right hander from Midland, TX. I live in a nearby city. This guy has been a dominant pitcher. But we'll see how he responds to college competition.

Figured Hurd and Floyd would be starters this weekend. Also assumed Shores wouldn't get into the weekend rotation til later on.

Definitely didn't expect Cooper.

Skenes has to be one of the biggest pitchers LSU has had in a while. 6-6, 250. Lawd

Isn't Money 6-7, 240?

Guidry getting pitching reps must be a subtle acknowledgement of how deep Jay believes the infield is

He was a better pitcher in high school than infielder.

I’m not Privy to insider baseball information but for me knowing what I know Riley is an interesting play here on being the Saturday starter.
