I mean a ticket would’ve done just fine here. Don’t see the need to arrest someone for this. Loads of people do 90mph on interstates daily.

My guess is that he followed the ‘I don’t have to do anything you say’ thing that many are doing now. Seems super dangerous but they’re doing it for some reason. Just have your license and registration available and keep your hands on the steering wheel until asked to provide something.
