I found the story on Google, amazingly no broken bones. Severe concussion and bruised up. He's extremely lucky to not have long term or permanent injuries, he could be in a wheelchair the rest of his life.

It could be altered using Ai. Easily. Not that it’s fake but video is not the burden of proof anymore. Could create that from a video of him riding a jet ski in minutes
