Just started Reacher last night.

Please tell me it holds up. The first two episodes were really fun. Something about watching a giant dude beat the shite out of bad people that is highly entertaining. Old boy isn’t the best actor by any stretch but so far it’s a lot of fun.

First Season? Great.
The next three are ok to downright bad. Second season is by far the worst to me. Third season was good, Forth was good in spots, but seems to be becoming a characture of himself almost.

Every season is basically a repeat the first season rehashed with a different supporting cast and big bad. First season was the best due to the novelty of it being the first one.

First season is great. Second half does feel a little rushed at times and the last episode goes a little overboard. None of the other seasons feel like the first one.

and it was based off one of the better books IMHO
A lot of the later books seem interchangeable.

Its no less entertaining than most shows.
Wont be happy you watched them all but wont regret it either. No real reason to re watch an old season but interesting enough to see the plot of the next season unfold. Poor supporting cast in the most recent season makes it my least favorite. The characters themselves. They dont do shite about frick unless they're needed for an instance of last second bail outs.

I agree that S1 was the best. Season 2 was average, season 3 a bit better, and season 4 is mostly silly.

The books are a fun read. The TV shows don't have the vitality and the quirkyness of Reacher.

I think we made 1 1/2 episodes, then my wife said it was just too stupid to keep watching
