Lilly's is the best pho I've had so far in New Orleans. Love Kim Ahn also. Magasin is the most overrated pho in the city IMHO. I have also had good experiences at Pho Orchid in Metairie. Can't wait for Pho Tau Bay to come to Maple Street....
