re: Help me choose out of 3 running backs
Posted by cajunrabbit on 9/2/25 at 9:35 am to BhamTigah
Yea, I currently have Bill on my team, but the other two are on the waiver list.
I think Judkins has the most upside if he signs and is clear of suspension.

If you had to pick just one who would you choose.
Bill Croskey-Merritt
Ollie Gordon ll
Quinshon Judkins?
Looks like Quinshon might sign this week for a contract. Also, this is a 1 person keeper league.

We went at the end of July for a couple of days and had a great time. We spent a day at the Biltmore, a few hours at Sierra Nevada. Both really cool places.
We stayed at an Airbnb close to wicked weed. It was great location and reasonable price.

We were planning a trip to the keys as well and looking at staying at Marathon for this reason. We are planning a fishing trip out of Islamodore. So will be close to there and Key West.
Overall, how was your trip? Where did you fly into?

I probably should have worded my post differently. I'm not implying that cast iron is related to causing Alzheimers.
I am going to continue to cook with my cast iron.
Just looking to see if cooking with carbon steel or ceramic is a better option over aluminum.
More less just came here for a discussion. I figured I would get some down votes.

No, I am not implying that. Alzheimers is more related to genes or a head injury.
I was more inquiring about cooking with aluminum and non-stick pans(like Teflon).

I've been trying to make healthier choices in my life after watching a parent and other family members battle with Alzheimer's. My parents always cooked with Magnolite or cast iron pots growing up. I have pretty much done the same.
I'm looking for maybe a healthier stock pot or dutch oven to cook gumbo, soups, etc. Also, looking for a new set of cookware.
I may be looking too much into this since I have always used aluminum foil to cook with as well. I do have butcher paper that I could start using more. Still kind of researching to see if my change of cooking pots is logic.
Thoughts?

I'm following this thread for food recommendations as well. On a side question, are you flying into the keys or into Miami and driving?

Not sure about the Leeville area, but we have been doing very well at Big Lake.
I imagine the specks are there as well.

I came here instead of the Travel board since it is related to a guided fishing trip. We are planning on doing a family vacation / son graduation trip in a couple of years. Would be going in May or June of 2026. Just gathering some ideas. Definitely wanting to go Peacock Bass fishing, kill an iguana, and do a deep-sea fishing trip. My wife and daughter would be with us but doubt they would join us fishing.
Would you recommend going to the keys or Fort Lauderdale and why?

We are locked in at 2.25% and a 1.375% Origination Point charge for a 15 year refinance for some home improvements. We are going through Navy Federal Credit Union
re: mortgage interest rates

My understanding is that if it drops below the 2.75 I'm able to get up to a .50 decrease in interest. They said it will take at least 90 days before we close, because they have so many refinances in. I'm not sure on new loans.
