I'm going to let you in on a little secret... It's all the same. Basically a 5 minute oil change type procedure. I'd advise finding one that commits to giving you enough valium pills before hand and enough pain meds to tolerate the couch for 2 days. It won't be a sharp pain but the pain meds afterwards make tv a bit more tolerable for long stints.

Boosie Badazz is the one you're thinking about. He went in to jail as Lil Boosie, but being Boosie, he was ahead of the times and transitioned to Boosie Badazz in jail. While in jail, Mr. Badazz got in shape, came out looking pretty fit, especially compared to his pill poppin' and lean days.
Fwiw, Lean and other opioid based drugs stop you up and obviously screws with a lot of other things. A lot of addicts or alcoholics get that gut when using heavily for extended periods of time.
