In the Hoover RV Park...

There are no hotels remotely near The Met.
There ARE a number of chain motels and restaurants along AL150 4-8 miles from The Met.
I usually stay far away from Hoover as the hotels are not so overpriced for SEC Ty attenders.

I mostly stay at Hampton Inn Collonnade. Cheap and about ten miles from the park. No hotels are walking distance, so if you have to get in a car and drive you can stay cheaper than the main commercial strip.

Hyatt place on John Hawkins parkway is our go-to.
