However, believe it or not, it was mosquitoes and not politicks that put it over the top.

Definitely written by someone that’s never lived or been to the Deep South.

I think it’s because we classify mosquitoes as state birds down here and it disqualifies them.

FL has a lagoon named for the venerable mosquito.

Minnesota has pterodactyl sized mosquitos and plenty of them too.

DC sucks so bad they must be draw up there by the negative pressure. Vacuum joke.

One more

Why does the St John’s river flow north?

MOT, you just downvoting out of habit or standing up for UGA? Just curious.

Good luck finding a bug in Alaska in January. Mosquitoes are bad June and July but much of the state is frozen for half the year.

How is Iowa City not on the list. I thought bugs were bad in the Lafayette area growing up. Lafayette has noting on Iowa City.

Also, I wish I knew how to stop these little fruit flies from getting in. They are small enough to get through a screen door.

Had an uncle who worked up there for months at time. Said it was the absolute worst place he’s ever been for the little blood suckers.

D.C. can be pretty hot and humid. So it can be pretty “buggy”…

I've never seen more bugs anywhere in my life than New Orleans... and I have lived all over.
