re: Why doesn't Miles see the obvious?

But he's been a D-1 QB for 2+ years now.
So I guess you're wrong on that one.
He has lined up in the QB position but he's not played the position. He has just occupied it on the space. And very poorly at that. So, I guess you're wrong. :rotflmao:

Start RS or JL. Either would have to be better than JJ.
Why doesn't Miles see the obvious?

JJ is never going to be a Div I caliber QB. Miles let CG go for the same reason but refuses to accept this about JJ. Very frustrating and I've always been a posi-Miles (until now). :banghead:

This is my response to your post

I hope so.

we, as the general public with no pull in the football program, should discuss
We are why there is a football program. Who do you think the TAF consist of? And who do you think can get Miles' attention? US.
49-3. JL just looks like he knows more just by handing off.

they are doing a dang good job in my opinion.
The QB isn't and the HC isn't doing anything about it.

have to play the gators, war beagles, bama, nutt & r-kansas, all in the same season.
It's called the SEC.

when neither you nor the HC have ANY confidence in your QB
Then why don't they bench him and give JL or RS or anyone else a shot? This is so frustrating to watch.
This team is head for a losing season if we don't do something about the QB.
This has probably been beat to death but...

I've been off the rant until tonight. We need to get some kind of movement to bench JJ. Someone may argue that JL isn't better but we really don't know that this year. And JJ hasn't earned the starting job. He is the worst QB in LSU history. If Miles can't make the obvious decision to give JL a fair shot then he should be fired.
Start JL and we will see. As of now we aren't a top 20 with JJ playing.

Why do you people want to start Lee? Yeah jj sucked last night but Lee is no better! I
You are partly correct. JJ is not a good QB. You can't say JL isn't better. Everyone said JJ was much improved and he isn't. No one knows if JL is much improved and that includes you.

end of first quarter. 1. comeback on sideline to RR, not perfect but should have been caught 2. pass in flat to RS just over helmet high, penetration by Vandy, hurries throw, cathcable but would have been good catch 3. pocket breaks down, scrambles left and slightly overthrows RR who was well covered 4. perfect to TT 5. perfect to TT 6. perfect to Mitch J
Just excuses. JJ isn't cutting it. Bench him.

he had it a total of 33 times
20 passes and 13 rushes
I don't want to get it again. JJ is the worst QB in LSU history.

So, a couple of questions:
1. Why does Saban get a pass for allowing his defense to squander a 4th qurater lead to an average UK team (they finished 7-5)?
2. How many people were disappointed that LSU won that game, even though they really should have lost?
He doesn't get a pass from me. Saban blew a lot of calls and games.
And, I remember jumping up and down when DH went in the end zone with the ball so I can't say I was disappointed. However, I wasn't happy about squandering the lead.
I was more disappointed in the Arkansas game that year when we lost in a similar manner as we won the UK game.
I hope so. Depends on what ESPN had scheduled already. Does anyone know?
He gets a 3 in my book. It isn't just passing. He still can't run the option. He still misses the read on the DE on handing off or keeping it. And he still doesn't seem to know what he's doing. :dunno:

Your question is BS. How are we to answer it?

Very severely.
