There is a 2nd video from another phone that is 5 seconds long. It’s from a considerable distance further from the first video as the camera seems to zoom in. It’s pitch black majority of the video except for spilt seconds of the heat lightning lighting up the water and you can a see him still above...

Can anyone tell me if Hwy 90 is open/passable from Stafford to Kirby area ? Have a friend trying to evacuate a family member from stafford to a safe house off of Rice blvd. Tried google maps and Harris county closure maps and seemed open but hard to gauge. Thanks ...
