Those booze cruises are typically slow moving large boats with a lot of people walking around on the deck.
Not usually a type of boat where everyone is wearing a vest while underway.

Still, with alcohol and boating you would think the booze cruise people would make them wear them to avoid situations like this. So sad. I can’t imagine my child leaving for a fun senior trip and not coming back.
