Looking at moving to battery powered lawn equipment and wondering if any of y’all have come across any good Black Friday deals?
Or, alternatively, any good review resources?

re: McDermott 401k Provider?

Thanks for the help everyone. One of my other friends who left before the CBI merger was complete, said all he needed to know about them was what they were willing to pay for Shaw.
McDermott 401k Provider?
Posted by saw36 on 10/13/20 at 11:14 am
Hey, trying to help a buddy get his financial planning act together. He’s a former Shaw/CBI employee who left before CBI was was acquired by McDermott, he also left his 401k there as well. He’s moved a couple of times with his new job, so he hasn’t received any mail from McDermott about his 401k.
I can’t find any information online to help him and contacting McDermott hasn’t yielded any results. Any one know who manages McDermott’s 401k plan or where I can point him to find out?

How to with Doc
He’s got some good YouTube videos on managing a Bermuda lawn including product links on his website. He also has a “Bermuda Lawn Guide” on his site. Look at PGF complete (or something similar) or his Super Juice for a mild fertilizer.
Disclaimer: I’m a newbie to following his recommendations, but his lawn looks incredible.

We have a dark wood tile that most people can’t tell is tile in pictures. Some people don’t notice it’s tile until they’re up close and paying attention. We also went with a light wood tile for the floors and shower tile in our bathrooms. Both tiles look great and would definitely do it again.

Tips for keeping rabbits out of flower beds?
Thanks for all the tips. Not sure my yard is conducive to a pile. I have a smallish lot in a subdivision, so no real place to put a bin that wouldn’t be right up against a fence or my house. My backyard is also set up with a sprinkler system and the couple of spots that a bin may work would also require me to make some adjustments to that as well.
All this research has got me thinking next spring before growing season I should aerate my lawn and bring in a truck load compost to spread in the yard and rebuild my flower beds. Guess lawn research is part of the suburb life.

Anyone know anything about Huel? I keep seeing ads pop up for them and it piqued my interest.

It’s not a dead ball. It’s a 10 yard penalty for an illegal kick, enforced either from the previous spot or subsequent spot at team b’s option. Since the penalty was in the end zone, at worst it’s a safety and shadow creeks ball
The dpi on the last shadow td drive was a bad call as was the free kick out of bounds on the onside kick as shadow creek batted the ball out of bounds.

Admittedly haven’t been able to keep up with the league as much as I would like. Overall, how’s the inaugural season going? Lots of hype and fanfare going into the season, just curious as to how it’s worked out so far from those of you who’ve been following.

Anyone use Go Griddy?
Pay $10/month and buy at the wholesale price. Distribution charges (ie Centerpoint) are all the same from provider to provider I believe. Can have some bug spikes, but it seems like over the long haul you can save. I just found out about them, so was curious if anyone used them before I gave them a shot.

I had a flare up this summer and doc recommended a b12 supplement. Haven't had any recurrences since.

Anybody know what the backstory is?
Rusty's a founder and major shareholder and it seemed like Troy was being groomed to take over.

Thought I'd try this again bc I still haven't found a good answer to my original question. Plus, this thread devolved into a pissing contest quite rapidly.
401k Rollover
Posted by saw36 on 11/15/16 at 12:32 pm
I have a couple of 401ks at former employers that I'd like to rollover into IRAs. Part of these funds are Roth and part are not. What's the best way to go about rolling everything into Roths and is there a way to know what my tax hit would be to do so?
Also, was looking at going Vanguard, however my current employer uses Vanguard for 401k. Is this something I should avoid from a diversification perspective and if so, any reccs on a mutual fund company to look into?

Buffet owns 15% of Phillips 66, which has a 25% stake in this pipeline. So he actually loses as this project gets delayed.
The project has a team of archeologists on board to ensure that no historical sites or artifacts are disturbed by construction. The timing and lack of participation early in this process by the tribe give credence to the argument that this is purely a money grab.
Also, there's an existing pipeline and other utilities that run through this path already.

I've seen a couple on the way down to Cypremore Point. First time my buddy and I saw the "Black Bear Crossing" sign and I mentioned to him that I've seen those signs all over down here, but never have seen one. Right then one shot out a few feet in front of his truck and stopped in the middle of the road ti give us a s'up look and then shot out to the other side. I know csb.
