Thanks for the comments - hope to make it down for the 2012 game in BR...

So what'd you think of Husky Stadium?

We all HATE the track - but other than that, was it louder than you expected? Were you treated well at the tailgate scene, etc.? FWIW, here's a drawing of one of the proposed remodels/rebuilds... This particular opti...

Nice game Tigers

You deserved the win. Your depth showed in the second half. Hope Seattle treated you well if you came out for the game. Good luck the rest of the way....
I really don't know why everyone is doubting this team this year
Maybe it's because you weren't that good last year? Good place to start......

Can you refute anything he said? Seems pretty logical to me....
You guys think you're the first team to put a bullseye on Locker. USC layed a dirty hit on him as did Oregon State and Ohio State. He's not going to be intimidated by a defense that gave up 50 twice and 31 three games in a row last season. You're pumping your D like it's gonna be the best thin...
how far do you have to go back?
Well, if you're talking about the best defenses of all time - maybe you're not - Washington's 1991 squad is in the conversation...

If you're borderline gay, you'll love Victoria. Lots of flowers, tea and shopping....
oklahoma's defense in 2000 was pretty good too, i think they gave up an average of 14 ppg
Washington's 1991 D gave up 9.5 points a game, held opponents to 67.5 yards rushing per game (7 TDs), 166 yards passing (7 TDs)...
Huskyfan.com sounds "interesting", but I've never even heard of it....

I'm just curious to get your feedback 'cause everyone is talking as if Chavis is the key to your defensive woes from last year. Nobody seems to be talking about what Holt and Co. is going to do for the Husky defense....

re: Visitor's Guide to Seattle

If you're headed to Mt Rainier for the day, you need to plan on leaving Seattle very early and getting back very late. It's a solid 2 hour + drive from the city and it's a serious mountain. If you're looking for a do-able day hike destination, try Mt. Si or something in the Cascades at Snoqualmie...

Chavis

Posted by royotis on 9/1/09 at 2:14 am
So Chavis is supposed to be some kind of defensive guru, right? Over the past 5 years, against teams with winning records, his Tennessee teams gave up an average of almost 25 points and gave up 28+ points 18 times, including 4 over 40 - and a 45, 50 and a 59-er in 2007. What makes this guy so ...
It's a matter of time - Husky Stadium gets its funding and it'll eclipse ANY stadium in the country. There are plenty of deep pockets in Seattle....
You're not gonna scare Locker. He's been hit plenty [link=(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jnhFY3BkXMI)]UW vs. USC[/link] He got his bell rung and came back to almost beat SC that night. He's a load ...
