Mandevilla browning?

One of my mandevilla is growing and the other, right next to it, is doing well. Both are potted with the same amount of watering, soil, and sunlight. I tried miracle grow last week and it didn’t help much.

We have quite a few Mandies, and they are all fine so far in the 100 + heat.
Some in ground, some in pots. Some full sun, some partial
They get watered everyday
Have ya seen any of those weird looking spiders on em ?
They nasty looking little frickers. They eat the leaf stems.

Mine is doing good. But I’ve lost all 4 of my shrub gardenias in pots. Nothing I did saved them.
