YouTubeTV Refunds

I paused my Subscription several months ago when the price spiked. I should have canceled then, but like an idiot, I just put it on Pause for 6 months. Today, I noticed 2 back to back charges for YTTV without warning that it would restart.

I submitted a refund request for the double charging and would like both charges refunded.

Anyone have success getting a complete refund with them?

i cancelled before after i thought i had already cancelled and it was half the month gone. they gave me a refund then no problem.

Were those 2 months after the 6 month pause? So month 7 & 8, and if so how did they "double charge you"?

Unless those assumptions are wrong sounds like you forgot to take care of business and are now crying about it.

You are partially correct.

I screwed up about missing the pause date, but YTTV should have notified me that the unpausing was coming and that I would be charged.

I noticed today that one charge cleared and the other is still pending.

I went ahead and submitted dispute/refund request through Google’s system yesterday.

I thought dealing with traditional providers was bad, the 2-3 week wait for a response is terrible. There is also no call in numbers for Google.
