Looking at getting a quote for a pretty extensive patio expansion to include concrete, roof, fireplace, small bar maybe. Do you guys have any reputable builders I can go to for a quote and ideally some sort of renderings.

We used Pinnacle Exterior Construction and it was an absolute disaster. Maybe it was just a one off problem with them but nothing was installed to specifications and it took about a year to fully fix the problem. Miserable experience.

you might call Samson Services LINK
The pros are: small company, small local crews, hands-on owner participation, LSU landscape degrees, many licenses, etc.. Good choice for a contractor you want to collaborate with.
The cons are that small size will make for slow progress and a tendency to do things with their team that would be better done by a sub.
They definitely can start you off with an elevation study of your house/lot. Large complex patios next to big houses will greatly change you drainage situation...where is the water going to go?
