Very much could be tendonitis of long head of bicep which runs in front of shoulder. Would try to keep elbow bent and all weight below shoulder height while acutely injured. Make sure your peri-scapular muscles are strong and your shoulder blade is moving like its supposed to(should be moving symmet...

Where do you feel the pain most?(front, top, side, back) RC is made up of 4 muscles so depending on which one is injured determines stretches/exercises. I would avoid working out while it is acutely injured, keep up with ROM stretches within pain tolerance...

When we got shooters such as Trey and Hawkins on the court it spaces things out so much better...

More than likely some impingement going on in there. Make sure you are working your shoulder blade too, as that is a big contributor to shoulder movement. I would give it a little rest maybe do some Y' raises instead of full on lateral...

All depends on the play....the terms Mike, Will, Sam, and Jack are where they line up pending on which side the TE is on. Sometimes LBs need to fill gap, some plays drop back in zone/man coverage, qb spy, or blitz. All about quickly diagnosing the play ...

Him and Triplett put out the best saints content. Well worth the $10 a month. Much rather read their stuff compared to Jeff Duncan or whatever ESPN writer is guessing at whats going on over on Airline...

Masterbuilt gravity series are nice. Temp control similar to a pellet grill but uses charcoal and or wood so able to get hotter(~700 degrees) and more smoke flavor. Some of the newer models also come with a griddle insert...
