I think i pinched my sciatic nerve and my left hammy is so tight now.. I've been stretching but to no avail.

Anyone ever experience this? How did you treat it?

TIA

Same here but mine is on my right side. Been doing a lot of stretching. Got some good stretches on YouTube.

certainly sounds like sciatica...you probably have a disk pinching on it...

fwiw, there is not a lot that you can do except try not to aggravate it...and that means not doing anything that will squeeze your backbone together...no deadlifiting or squats, etc....if you are stretching your hamstring by bending your back, you are probably doing more harm than good...

they can give you a shot in your back that will usually give temporary relief, but surgery seems to be the only cure...

Yes.

I started a thread about it and ultimately just went to the doctor and got a steroid shot and script.

Have a

Do some stretches. Stay in decent shape. If you get fat it will get worse.

Teeter Hangup on Amazon Prime

Click the link, buy, get it by Friday, watch DVD and go to town in relieving your back pain.

It will help.

Ive had it for years. My left thigh is completely numb.

I deal with it by trying to ignore it.
