Tonight, I cooked my first soft boiled egg and I loved it. Nothing like a good runny egg yolk being sopped up by some toast.

What's your favorite and do you have a favorite way to cook it?

I boiled the water, poked a hole in the bottom of the egg, put it in the boiling water for 5 minutes, ran it under cold water for a minute and ate it

"I love eggs..."

Poached is my preferred. I can't cook them worth a damn, but my girlfriend can make them like it's her job.

over easy or medium for me. the little dab of butter with a fried egg makes it better than a boiled or poached egg

Poached. Can't make them but they are my favorite.

Soft boiled is a close second.

Then toad in a hole.

I love eggs cooked in any style. If I had to pick out of those three poached would be my favorite. My favorite egg dish is the eggs in brioche at Tartine.

Whenever I make marchand de vin sauce I save enough for b'fast. A poached egg covered with it on a buttered French bread round is great.

Scrambled with a touch of cream, and then fried in a enough super hot bacon grease to make it float.

Spoon over a bit of hot salsa to finish on the plate.
