My dad just had a handgun stolen. And Black Panthers!

My niece is dating a not so good african american guy.
I saw the gun 5 minutes earlier then they left and it was gone.
I have told my parents repeatedly not to let that guy in the house.
My parents are old school-help everyone out- kind of people.
shite like that wouldn't happen at my house unless it was forcible entry.
Told them to call the cops and report it stolen although the likely hood of getting it back is remote.
I told my niece she better come up with it today or else, but then again her lifestyle dictates criminal behavior so that won't happen either unless someone of the 3 gets scared and brings the gun back.
I hate the society we live in and the government that allows people to live in a way they don't feel responsible or care about anything they do .
All 3 are on government assistance or don't work.
As soon as I noticed it missing I chambered my Colt .45 and it became my best friend until they left.
No worse feeling than being shot with a gun just stolen from your parents.

My parents are almost 80.
Would you like this to happen to your parents?

I hate when any old person is taken advantage of for any reason.
Anyone who doesn't feel a need to protect old people should examine their conscience.
I'd be mad as hell if OG had that happen to him.
He's almost 80 .

Why did you even let them leave unless you knew they didn't steal it...

In my mind... this is the same thing as "giving" them the gun. The opportunity was there to address it when it would have mattered most.
They chose not to.
Why get all pissed about it now?

maybe that's a decision you shoulda made on your own. now another gun is on the street and your father will never see it again.

Pretty sure the gun was gone in the car before I noticed her leave.
She was gone before i noticed the gun gone.
I did as much threatening as I could to call the cops, but at the end of the day nothing would have happened.
I never met the 3rd chick so I have no clue who she was.
I never actually seen them in house, only heard them.
I was on the phone with work and by the time I came out of the back room the girl was gone.

I hate a fricking thief. If he brings it back to you, you should shoot that fricker in the head. Say he pulled it on you. His prints will be on the gun and you will have done society a favor by not letting the bastard reproduce.

Had to find my dad out on the land and my brother to make sure neither of them had it.
But I agree...
It was a .38 S&W short barrel Stainless and my dad handmade the grips.
