Things that worked for me:
1. Narrowed grip on press
2. More face pulls
3. Switched to dumbbell press while I let shoulder heal...

I drink 3-4 a day sometimes and I’m pretty low body fat. Obviously water is better but you don’t have to deprive yourself ...

I wouldn’t worry about using his strength metrics yet tbh because it doesn’t sound like you’re there yet.
