We just buried my grandfather today. He was my last grandparent. I was very fortunate to spend a lot of time with both sets of grandparents growing up. They all taught me different life lessons that I will never forget. Treasure them while they are here and try to keep their memory alive when they a...

A couple years ago I bought a little over 5 acres to build my family’s forever home on. The land is all cleared and behind it was all woods. Well Mr. D R Horton has come along and built a huge neighborhood behind me. I need something that has coverage from the ground up to about 8-10 ft and grows q...
re: Lumber prices….here we go again.
Posted by Bourbonbowel87 on 12/21/21 at 7:13 am
We are about five weeks from being done building our house. We got lucky and started building in July when lumber was around 550 per thousand board feet. We saved almost $25,000 in lumber cost compared to our quote from May when lumber was at its peak. That’s on 2,400sf living. We also have a 600sf...

Just the way the layout is I think one big one would work. We have a big farmhouse swing going up so we have a corner fan for that. My lights are about 52 inches from the fan mounting plate. I also like the look of them....

Running power underground cost?
