I bought my PK 4 years ago to start. Experimenting with charcoal grilling and smoking. Since then, I’ve purchased other grills and nothing compares. Ida also tried to take her out but she rose from the debris like a Phoenix....

What’s up guys! With the holidays quickly approaching, I’ve been looking to turn-up the traditional roasted/fried turkey. I’ve been seeing these turkeys that are boiled in seafood boil. Then, they are smoked. Has anyone ever done this? I’m just looking for some timing and seasoning tips....
