You might check with Alarm Center in Baton Rouge. They do work across the 9parish area, and they were pretty accomodating to my requests.

As someone who works (at an Agency) in digital marketing....I see so many red flags, man.
Yeah. Their marketing is solid...but, I don't know anyone in real life who is using them. Anyone else?
I'm relatively new to the investments world and while I do have money to play with, I'm not in a position to buy real estate. I have a fully vested 401k, I make pretty good money, etc.

My question is - is Fundrise is a good tool? Are there better ones? What are the pros and cons? Does anyone have direct experience with Fundrise?

My wife was essentially an orphan. No one to pay for her wedding, so we paid for it together. Had 250+ there. Yes, it was expensive. No, I do not regret it at all. Best party I've ever been to.

Missouri isn't considered the south by true southerners but was one of the 13 confederate states

I mean, I'd call Missouri southern. South Carolina, Mississippi, Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, Virginia, Arkansas, Tennessee, North Carolina were all the states that voted to join without much dissent--but other territories contributed in big ways: Maryland, Kentucky, Delaware, Missouri, and Choctaw, Creek, Seminole, and Chickasaw members of the "Five Civilized Tribes", New Mexico Territory, Arizona Territory, Indian Territory/Oklahoma, even Kansas.
Sounds like The Richard's Group might be a crappy place to work that doesn't want to keep their best talent.

Most of the small agencies I know in Baton Rouge are going to start around 30k, and quickly move north of that.
Not to totally disagree, but I literally can't imagine someone at my agency making that little, even as a starting employee. And we're in Baton Rouge.
Really depends on what role she holds at what company and where. What type of marketing?

Feel free to message me, happy to shed some light.
If anyone knows where it's being sold, I'm definitely interested.
Football, and it isn't particularly close.

Then basketball.

Totally agree. It's surprising to me we've never really seen that story "told" outside of the Atavist story. It has every element of an incredible story.
Glad to see someone else posted to Longform "American Hippopotamus". It's one of the best articles I've ever read.
I'd say no. But, also, neither is West Virginia. Missouri has an argument, but still likely a no for me.
There are definitely corporate apartments downtown. River House and I think the Commerce Building.

Does anyone else find this annoying? I have kids and pets and my kids can suck the life out of me, that's ok. If my animals did that, I would simply get rid of them. There's no comparison between having pets and children.

My dog never throws a tantrum on an airplane. You never have to listen to me talk about how my dog learned to sit or crap outside...something every dog does. So, hey, we all have to deal with annoyances.
I believe River House Apartments near downtown Baton Rouge offers month-to-month contracts and that's a really nice, new, place.
As someone who works in marketing: focus on how you're going to generate "leads". high volume area is obvious and previous posters have given good advice in regards to that, but focus on making sure you're marketing to the type of customer you want--the type of customer who doesn't default.
