Section 649 Tiger Stadium: Does it Exist?

Someone I know just told me he got tickets in Section 649 of Tiger Stadium. I can't find that section on any stadium map. I don't want to freak him out, but either he mistyped, he got scammed, or I am missing something on my stadium diagram.
