LSU sent out a survey via email about Aramark/basketball concessions

Feel free to tell them how bloody awful they are. I guess they are doing a survey for each sport at the conclusion of each season.

Can't wait for the baseball one, the third base concession stand was awful Fri night. Workers were clueless. Out of many items. Just awful.

Excellent. I’ll take it. Too often these things don’t allow for truthful answers. The questions are always framed in a way that forces you to choose a positive outcome.

wasn't able to go to a basketball game this year... Still filled out a survey saying how awful it was in hope of better concessions for baseball and football next year

You make it sound as if they know this. They clearly think they’ve got this concession thing figured out.
