I lost my mom (54 years old) to early onset Alzheimers around Christmas last year. I know what you're going through and am happy to help, even if you just want someone to listen

Where to find day labor?

What's the best way to find day labor? I need someone to help me build cardboard boxes today. I have 1,500 flat cardboard boxes that must be assembled and I'm trying to find anyone who would like a few hours of work.

Lender for SFH rental?

Posted by EngTiger on 9/5/22 at 9:44 am
I'm looking to buy some SFHs for rentals in the the Baton Rouge area. My wife and I have thought about buying real estate for rentals for a while and are finally ready to do it. We have good W2 income as well as income from family businesses.

Any recommendations on lenders or other general advice?
