Looks like some developers bought the old Goodwood Plantation house and they're going to renovate it to make it a clubhouse and build a "high end gated community" on the property around it.
This could be done really well, and it could be a highly desirable, very classy neighborhood. But let's be ...

You own a lot of Disney or something? ESPN is losing a lot of subscribers. Sure it is profitable but the point is, they are producing content nobody wants to watch. Also more competition from Fox and CBS. Yes saying they are homorrhaging money was hyperbole but they have problems....
