re: Less obvious things in women that turn you off - Bigwhite5154
If a woman is constantly trying to put herself in a conversation when men are BS'ing where she obviously knows nothing about the topic at hand is a turn off, as well as very aggravating. Stopped talking to a chick that would always do this when we were hanging out with other couples and us guys woul...

re: First Cub Scout Camping Trip - Bigwhite5154
Extra batteries for lights, radio, and thermacell. I always liked having a pair of walkie talkies for me and my pops or my buddy when I was a kid walking in the woods. We were never out of yelling distance but I felt like a Bad arse with one. But as stated previously I never go in the woods in Lo...

re: Over/Under Shotguns - Bigwhite5154
10-4 I don't plan on pulling it out of the safe more than 5-10 times a year, but when it is out I intend on shooting a good bit so comfort is probably the main thing. Are there any pros to a 28g over a 12g or 20g?...

Over/Under Shotguns - Bigwhite5154
Looking to pick up one for dove season and occasional clay shoot. Are there any brands to avoid? Since it wont be used that often I don't want to drop that much cash, but i don't mind paying for quality. I have seen prices range from $300 up to thousands of dollars. Any recommendations would be mu...

re: Haven't Been Fishing In 25 years - Bigwhite5154
Texas rigged zoom ultra vibe speed craw's are what I use a lot of the time. I like using white, watermelon seed, sapphire blue, and a junebug color. Throwing weightless Texas rigged senkos always do good for me as well. I normally use spinner baits if it is overcast or cloudy and fish them relati...

Electronic Driveway Gate - Bigwhite5154
Looking to get recommendations for companies that install driveway gates. The fence is already installed and I am just looking to replace the wooden gate to a metal electronic one. Would this be something that the OB would recommend doing myself? I am fairly confident I could install it, but is it...

re: Semi auto's (AR's,AK's similiar weapons) purchase changes needed? - Bigwhite5154
So by your logic we should make the legal age to purchase a semi-automatic rifle to 66 years old because the Vegas shooter(Stephen Paddock) was 64 and obviously people that age aren't mentally capable to own an AR-15. Yea okay bud........

re: Learning to hunt as an adult - Bigwhite5154
You don't have to break the bank on gear, the camo I have is probably about 10 years old. The only gear I would recommend spending the extra money on is a good quality pair of boots (if you intend to do some walking) for warmth/comfort, and good base layers these can allow you to wear less clothes ...

re: Spinoff of the Troy Landry Thread- When is trespassing ok? - Bigwhite5154
While I don't fully understand the laws on how water can be private if you can access it from public waterways, I think that if someone digs a canal off of a river to access their property or to have a launch that is easier for them to access the river or do whatever they do on their property, it is...

Any tips on patio awnings? - Bigwhite5154
Looking to extend concrete as well as put an awning over it, so when people are over they don't have to stand under the carport. Any tips or advice would be appreciated, as well as any do's or dont's for material and design. Thanks!...
