pizza in hight temp ovens need to be made with low or no added sugar
1 percent max based on flour weight
basically no difference in carbs between AP, Bread, and 00 so browning is same or similar.

most all are benadryl based....diphenhydramine
one that is not is Unisom sleep TABS...doxylamine succinate
works pretty good for me and not as much groggy mornings
