Cowboys TE Jason Witten Is Seriously Interested In The Tennessee Coaching Job
© Isaiah J. Downing-USA TODAY Sports
Well, this isn't the worst idea I've heard, but still. With Tennessee coming off the hiring/not hiring of Greg Schiano this past weekend, former Volunteer and current Dallas Cowboys TE Jason Witten has expressed interest in immediately taking over as the school's new head coach...

Bad idea or not?

Would drastically improve TE play for Vols. They should do it. We all think there is a high probability of success. Really, we do.

FYI, the only thing I don't like about Whitten is that he caught the game winning TD catch against the Hogs in a 6 OT game.

I mean could it honestly be any worse than their last decade of hires?
