Florida H.S. Baseball Team's Season Ended Because Seniors Went To Prom Over Playoff Game

You go win your game then straight to the after party. Actual prom is gay anyways.

Im with the kids. Idiot coaches had months to fix this. Its easy to change the start time of a baseball game.

Why wouldnt the schools just reschedule to day before or after? Hell, even a few hours before?

what a bunch of losers. You missed a playoff game to go to a school dance? I can only assume they were participation trophied into the playoffs and were going to get their asses kicked so they just quit. At least that's what I hope they did.

We would ask our basketball coach every year to make sure he scheduled a tournament during whatever dance we had every February so we would have an excuse to not go to it.

Change the time of the damn game.

Also one of my best friends couldn't pay basketball games on Saturday because his dad made him work at their family hardware store. I always thought his dad was a dick, but he turned out to be the most successful person in our Senior class.

Prom goes on all night. Play the game and show up late to prom.
