Who here has road Flight at Animal Kingdom & the 3-D Harry Potter @ Islands of Adventures

Which is better?
I've been twice to WDW since Flight has opened (opening weekend & one day last week). I never could get a fast pass for it, so I've never ridden it.
I went to Universal Islands of Adventures for one day last week. The Harry Potter ride was awesome, as well as Spider-Man.
BTW, The Hulk coaster was the best coaster I have ever been on.

All the Harry Potter rides are awesome. The two big ones are Escape from Gringots and then the other is The Forbiddin Journey. We (all adults) did both more than a few times. Well worth the wait too..

I forget the name of the HP ride, but it's the one with 3-D glasses, you go from 3-D screen like Soaring to something like Haunted Mansion.

Flight is hands down the best ride in Orlando. Forbidden Journey and Escape are really good rides but Flight is light years ahead.

I rode Flight of Passage last week for the first time. Fortunately, we had a FastPass because no ride is worth 2-3 hour wait.
I haven't seen the Avatar movie, so it probably would've been a better ride to me if I had. It was good, but nothing I would've bothered waiting more than 15 minutes to do a second time that day.

I've done both. After riding Harry Potter & the Forbidden Journey (the ride in Hogwart's Castle), I said that was the best theme park attraction I had ever ridden. That changed with Flight of Passage. The ride is simply incredible.
You need to ride more coasters.

Dumb question about those Harry Potter rides—are they coaster type thrill rides, or what? For what age ranges? Ie, too physical for small kids?

Flight is better. I still prefer roller coasters.

Forbidden Journey was my favorite ride until I rode Flight.
