The rooms being offered to me are insane. I can get a city view room at Vdara for $20. Panoramic suite for $70.

Question is do I want to use my credit card for a flight? Cheapest fares are Spirit and Frontier Airlines. Don’t know much about them

Yep. “Oh, there’s a CVS right across the street. I’ll walk over there and get some water for the room.” Turns out to be a mile walk just to get across the street. I’m exaggerating a bit, but it’s crazy how close things appear to be to each other but tutn out to be lengthy walks. I like walking though so it didn’t really bother me.

I flew Spirit from Las Vegas in September. It was fine. I like the non stop to MSY. Just remember that they charge you for every little carryon larger than a purse. Pack accordingly.

I have never stayed at Vdara before but it looks nice enough and since it is almost free I would give it a thumbs up.

I was wanting to fly Southwest cause of the free checked bags, but the lowest price flights out there are late flights and departure from there is early morning.

I can get comped rooms minus resort fees, I just didn’t know nothing about Spirit. They have the most nonstop flights. I’d be flying out of Nashville or St. Louis.

I have a small suitcase that could pass for carry-on probably.

I've got crazy offers. I have 4 nights free rooms pretty much anywhere and no resort fees. And $100 FDB at some and $250 at the lesser MGM properties. I have a bunch of freeplay too.

I'd never had anything like that before. I've gotten comped rooms, but not always everywhere (like not always 4 free at Bellagio and Aria) and never no resort fees. I've gotten like $50 freeplay and $100 FDB credit. They want me back bad! I went twice a year for 6-7 years prepandemic. I need to find a time to go to take advantage of this!

BTW, I'm not a massive gambler. I take maybe $1000-1500 with me and play a lot of BJ and craps. I do play slots, but I usually don't lose massive amounts. They must be nowhere near full (no conventions, maybe?) and they are trying to get everyone to come back.

High priced airline tickets ain’t helping. Crime is up and quite a few people I know says it smells like pot everywhere.

Me and Dad usually go to Biloxi every summer. Hoping things work out. Biloxi is about as good for me as Vegas anyways.

I went to Biloxi last year and hated it. Might have been covid related a bit though. The Beau Rivage poker room was an absolute dumpster fire when I went, pissed me off.

I go to Palace and Boomtown to play craps. I haven’t played poker in years

I was there back in March and can attest that pot is smelled EVERYWHERE! It is constant outside, on the Strip.

I had a comped room booked at Bally’s for the WSOP for 4th of July weekend

Decided to cancel as the flight was gonna be $600 or so and didn’t feel like messing with the scorching heat and all the people out there that weekend for WSOP and UFC fights that weekend

Not for me. Well first, Biloxi is a long way, since I'm in Houston. But Lake Charles doesn't do it for me. I like watching the Fountains, seeing the Conservatory, seeing the flowers at the Wynn, people watching at really cool bars. It's not just gambling that I like. I like Vegas.
