Great to hear.
Now lets hope they have enough common sense to fully open the rest of the stuff open in a few weeks.

Any of you folks over that way know if the state parks and places like Ft. Pickens will be opening with these new changes?

Does anyone know if they will be letting people from Louisiana in with no restrictions? I’d like to pull the trigger to rent a place in a couple of weeks, but not if I’m stopped at the border.

I wouldn't worry about it. Tell them you will self quarantine if they ask.
I think I read that they aren't going to be doing any of this though.

aspect as Jacksonville. No chairs, towels, sitting, etc.
This is not being enforced as long as you are in very small groups.

You can get from Alabama into Florida very easily without talking I-10 and without adding much time to your trip.

I don’t know that I’ve ever been to Orange Beach and not spent time each day at Florabama

It's not a daily thing for me, but I def. love going there for a drink and pick up a to go order or something in the early evening.
I haven't partied there since around 2004, but I would love to be there one evening right now.

My lifetime goal is to avoid the WhiteTrash-Bama, & WhiteTrashCar.
So far, so good.

Looks like May 1 Walton county beaches will be open. But somewhat conflicting as one sentence says you can bring your own chairs but then the next sentence says you can only use the beach for exercising (e.g., running, surfing, etc.).

Has FloraBama done to-go Bushwackers?
Posted on 4/28/20 at 9:28 pm to reb13
Yeah. Weird. Social distancing. 6 ft from other groups. I’m bringing my own chairs and will happily stay away from randoms

I won’t keep you from going there; just don’t force me to go.

You prolly deprive the village...

You prolly are one of the ones leaving them there.
A casual observation of license plates next to the Mississippi Sound=most are from Louisiana.
Will Florida let you back in, yet?
