First time in NYC and tomorrow is forecasted to have heavy rain. We’re staying on 48th near Times Square.Any and all recommendations are welcome to enjoy a rainy day in NYC with my wife. Thanks!

Head to the 9/11 museum if you’re down for a good cry.

The Met. I could spend 5 days there.
If you aren't into art and history, then the natural history museum. Science!

I waited out a thunderstorm at Turntable Chicken Jazz in Koreatown. It's near a train station, so just a short dash in the rain to sit inside, listen to jazz on the turntable, and chow down on some great Korean fried chicken.

Also visited 9/11 Museum on a rainy day. Buy tickets online in advance or you'll stand in a long line in the rain with those who planned poorly. Make sure you ask one of the workers which line to get in if you have your ticket.

The Met Museum or have a four hour lunch at Eleven Madison Park.

You don’t seriously think he’s going to snag a reservation at the #4 restaurant in the world the day before, do you?

Put on a rain jacket, go to a good neighborhood and bar hop or go to restaurants that would otherwise be slammed on a Sunday

Saw To Kill a Mockingbird. One of my favorite books of all time so I was a little concerned going in. Great adaptation. Sorkin stayed true to the heart of the book. Jeff Daniels as Atticus rivals Gregory Peck. Highly recommend.

With all the museums, shows, etc available in NY, I wouldn’t let the rain slow me down.
