Woodward Park City - great place for snow tubing
Woodward Park City offers a fully integrated campus made up of a 66,000-square-foot state-of-the-art action sports hub and more than 60 acres of action sports and mountain parks that encourage intuitive growth and safe progression.
Lift-accessed snowboarding and skiing is available during the winter with mountain biking available during spring, summer and fall.
Visitors can experience snow tubing on the longest lanes in Utah.
Indoor and outdoor facilities for skateboarding, BMX, scooter, parkour and cheer are available year-round.

Perhaps swing thru high west distillery for a tour or grabbing a bottle, depending on your time there.
The downtown can be walked in one afternoon, not that big. Plenty of shopping for everyone.
We drove about :20 min out of town to a brunch spot in the next town. Great food and killer views. Forgot name

Make dinner reservations early. You may be too late for some spots. It gets crazy in ski season I hear
I've only been in summer and did summer activities so can't be too much help.
High West is awesome. Expect a long wait
Riverhorse on Main is pricy but we had a phenomenal meal.

For the life of me I can't figure out why they put sour cream on it
I agree with Woodward, tubing is always fun. The Olympic museum is a good time too.
That time of year should offer some good hiking without too much snow. There are some good trails with coolviews of the slopes from the Gambel Oak Loop Trailhead. The hike isn't too difficult (our 12 year old daughter did it) and is a bit over 4 miles ( LINK)
High west is nice for for a couple of drinks and to pick up a bottle of something hard to find (Bourye for example) but they don't allow kids. Annex burger is next to No Name Saloon on Main Street and it's always fun.
Tons of shopping on Main Street (Patagonia, North face, etc) but not alot of basic T-Shirt shops for a PC hoodie or beanie but we like Park City Souvineer Company. The owner seems real cool, decent quality stuff (everything we have has lasted for years) and solid prices.
If the ladies want to save some money on shopping, they also have an outlet mall between SLC and Park City.
If you're there during Thanksgiving there will likely be some good sports on, Collie's Bar and Grill on main Street is my favorite sports bar in the area.
Lastly, keep an eye on the Park City Mountain website and social pages. The Canyons Village side of the resort does fireworks from time to time and has live music. Even if you're not skiing, the Apres option is still available to hang by the fire pit, relax, etc.

That place is fun. Definitely hit High West for good drinks and apres with really good food as well. City lift will dump you right at the bar.
A couple cool bars downtown, No Name Saloon is great. If it's cold get a spot on the upstairs deck under the heat lamps.

PC averages 20 inches in Nov and 64 in Dec, so there's gonna be a bunch on the ground in late Nov.

For Thanksgiving snow many cover the mountains surrounding the town and they'll be feverishly making snow to have some runs open but the hike I suggested won't have a "bunch of snow on the ground" unless they get an abnormal early season snow storm.
Thanksgiving this year is on Nov 23 and PC has only been able to start the season prior to Nov 20 once in the last 5 years so while they may get enough snow to prevent hiking the trail I suggested, it isn't likely.
These photos were from our last Thanksgiving trip on that exact hike taken on Nov 24, 2021 (a year they delayed the start of the ski season)
