Taking my daughter (trip will be her Christmas present) and wife to a concert at Nissan stadium in Nashville next May. Looking for hotel recs. Will go up Friday and back home Sunday, so two nights.
Any other recs for restaurants, things a 15 year old may enjoy while there, etc would be helpful as well.
Thanks!!

Looking at Holstein house, Grand Hyatt and The Hermitage (in order of cost).
Anybody have opinions on those 3. Seem to be walking distance to the stadium and right in downtown area.
Which one would be the “coolest” to my 15 year old daughter?

Stay at Hilton Downtown. It is Right where you walk across bridge to stadium and centrally located to everything

Hampton Inn right across the street from Country Music HOF and Bridgestone. Right off Broadway and a couple of blocks from the walkway to the Stadium. Nice place, not necessarily "cool", but centrally located to anything you might want to do in that area.
If your family has any interest at all in country music, or music history in general, I would HIGHLY suggest putting aside at least half a day to tour the CMHOF.

Holston House is usually a tad bit cheaper and right around the corner to Bridgestone but on the opposite side of the Broadway hustle and bustle so it isn't too loud there. It's a nice boutique and the breakfast at the attached restaurant is one of the best I've had. Stayed there for the Pearl Jam concert a couple of weeks back and will stay there again for anything at the arena.

I've only stayed at the Grand Hyatt (only been 1 time) but I loved it, I did stay there about a month after it opened though. The only downside was it wasn't directly on Broadway but is still an easy electric scooter ride or walk away (I wanna say like a little less than half a mile).

Booked the Grand Hyatt (can cancel without charge if i find something else). Was going to do Holston House, but, that booked up for the room type we needed since yesterday.
Any other suggestions for places a close walk to broadway area/ nissan stadium?

Stay at Hilton Downtown
I am here right now. It is nice, right next to Bridgestone, all suites. Kind of pricey, I think $500 a night. It is about 25 feet from Broadway and a quick uber ride to Nissan stadium.

Wife and I like to go to Nashville every couple of months and always plan the trip around a concert or two. In the last year and a half, we have stayed at the following:
-Hilton Downtown: I see some remarks on this thread about it. To me it is overpriced, outdated a bit, and is actually TOO close to Broadway. The bass coming from the broadway bars lasted until well after 3.
-Marriot A/C: Great location, newer, updated rooms, solid choice.
-Omni: My personal favorite, great location, good steakhouse, sports bar with live music, spa, pool, coffee shop. Best overall amenities and I think the best spot if you're traveling with a teen.
-Hyatt Centric: Great location but definitely more of a boutique hotel, nothing special.
JW Marriott: Beautiful hotel, decent location, awesome top floor steakhouse with great views
Westin: Swanky hotel, decent location next to JW. Great rooms, very nice rooftop bar
One word of advice if you're going to a concert at Nissan Stadium. Walk across the pedestrian bridge to/from the concert. You could possibly get an Uber there, but forget about getting out of there in a car after the show is over.
But again, best bet on a hotel for your trip is the Omni.

Not immediately downtown, more west end, but the new Virgin Hotel and the Graduate Hotel are awesome spots. I like the rooftops at both.
The new JW is great. Margaritaville Hotel is great.
There’s so many new spots, take your pick let’s be honest. And AirBnB’s out the arse.

OP, your daughter would love the Graduate. It's probably pretty pricy, but it's super cute and tik tok/IG worthy. You'll need reservations for the White Limozeen rooftop or for Brunch there, but it's all sort of Dolly Parton themed and pink and flashy.
