1- Look up your company’s travel policy.
2- Call HR and inquire if her actions violate Company ethics policies. If so, file a complaint and let HR deal with it. Doing so will also protect you from retaliation.

When I traveled for work I’d do the same thing for everyone that traveled with me. I knew none of them took advantage of the points but if someone would have asked I’d have been happy to let them book theirs.

The consensus is youre boss is being a boss. You aren't entitled to what you think you are. Move up the ladder and maybe you can reap the rewards but now, just be a worker bee.
On trip one, sure. On trip two where he's going to her city and she's going to drive to the hotel to check him in, we'll that's just fricking weird. I'd be completely turned off (in a professional sense) if my boss drive from her house to my hotel to "steal" a couple hundred hotel points. Just fricking weird.

I guess it needs more context but it was already too long of an OP.
Rereading my OP it comes across as if I'm some rookie sales rep and she's my district manager or something.
I'm regional sales manager and I cover the west coast +. She's the vp of sales. She seems to like me personally - she hired me. It's unbelievable to me that someone of that rank and title would behave this way when I'm such an important hire for her and my performance is so important to her standing with the company

Dude we’ve seen your house a dozen times on Saints talk quit trying to act like you’re a baller.
Posted on 7/23/22 at 11:27 am to jkylejohnson
This entire thread is about me being disrespected to my face - I'm not trying to come across as a baller. I am perplexed that I finally get to travel again for work and yet I'm still not getting any status or perks that I enjoyed so much in previous roles

If it’s so important why did you not get clarification on the travel and expense policy before accepting the job and negotiate what you didn’t like?
If you didn’t do your due diligence and you’re just finding out the policy and you don’t like it, that’s on you. If it violates the policy, go to HR.

She’s driving to your hotel to “check you in”. Sounds like she might like to come up to your room.

You think it's HR policy that when he travels to the city of his boss she physically drives to the hotel to check him in and give her rewards number?
Dumbass

shite. I’d love the boss picking up all expenses. Although simple I hate expense reports. You wanna handle the lies and creative writing. Go get em girl.

Well then you are on the wrong board and I hope this thread gets whacked. The Travel Board is one of the last troll free bastions where people can solicit and receive honest advice on travel.
If you need advice on how to handle office disrespect and gender power imbalances in the work place, post this on the OT and bask is 17 pages of trite answers. Also, PIIHB is clearly the solution and only way for you to save face.

I just placed a $500 bet that you’ll be starting another new job in a year.
Double dollars when your girlfriend leaves you first.
No chick likes a HHonors bitchboy.

This doesn’t sound like a great job.
