Stayed last year when we went for 1 night to see Ohtani pitch. Perfect setup

Marriott Marquis is nice and a couple of blocks from Minute Maid Park. I'm not sure where the crime zone is in Houston but I felt safe while walking in the surrounding park and neighborhood.

We stayed at Hyatt Place Downtown. Very nice and affordable. Only catch is the homeless people adjacent to that block. They didn’t bother us though

What’s going on the weekend of June 16-18?

Rooms that weekend are $350/400 a night. Weekend before and after are $160 range. shite.

We stayed at the Lancaster for Billy Joel and walked from there to Morton’s, then to Minute Maid and then back after the concert. Walking that area felt very safe after and before the concert. Prices tend to go up a good bit then there is any event in the area.

Le Meridien is nice. Marriot Marquis gets all the good PR for their roof pool and such. Enjoy the game.

Went down for the Shriner Classic last year and we stayed at the Hilton Americas-Houston that overlooks Discovery Green Park. Was within walking distance of Minute Maid and in a nice area.

More than likely some convention at the George R Brown.

We have stayed at the Westin right across the street. Great place. I don’t remember rates, probably used points. Highly recommend
